I brought Level 29 Learning to life because employees and businesses benefit from learning and development. Often HR teams don't have the time or resources to focus on training initiatives. To remain competitive, though, businesses need training that upskills, drives innovation, and leads to a competent and confident team. I have always believed that human capital, the collective knowledge, skills, and abilities, of a team is a company's most valuable asset.
In addition to my global learning and development work in tech, manufacturing, and sporting goods, my formal education includes a Doctorate in Education from Arizona State University and degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Communications.
I chose the name
Level 29 Learning to signify that we're all in the process of growing and developing, and as an homage to Ironworkers Local 29, where my dad was a member for decades.
